Let's move
away from relationships a little bit for now..i have something different to share
with you today. what is it? well it's about YOU!!...Yep! you. It's about how
best to pass through the hurdles your going through at this moment.
I know it
can be discouraging and very stressful but learning how to focus you mind away
from your problems to your desired results is a big step from experiencing
regular frustration. Am sure you want to feel some peace within, you want to be
happy always, you don't want to feel hopeless most of the time. well read this
article from a friend of mine who is an experienced wellness & success performance
coach. I hope you enjoy it.
Avoiding roadside distractions to stay focused is a major task for every biker. This is because, on a motorcycle, where u look is where u go. In your business, career, or relationship, where u focus on is where u go. Focus on what is not working, and u go in that direction! Neuroscience researches have further gone to prove that whatever we focus on expands.
Therefore, this week, choose to:
- focus on your results, not d insults!
- focus on your aim, not d shame!
- focus on your goals, not d foes!
- focus on your cares, not d fears!
- focus on your gains, not d pains!
- focus on your quality, not d quantity!
- focus on your success, not d stress!
The Holy book records that d word of God mightily prevailed in d city of Ephesus because they kept talking it. Whatever d disappointments, rejections, frustrations, or denials last week or month; don't dwell on them.
Reject all
distractions- What is ahead far outweighs what is behind.
Get attracted to your vision, targets, & action plans- Stay focused on them. Think, feel, & talk about them. Act on them. More importantly, as nature gradually responds to your focus to bring it to past, your body cells also eavesdrop on your internal dialogue- positive or negative which eventually births wellness or illness respectively.

Well said but its easier said than done. Sometimes the circumstances we find ourselves envelops us in something like a box of pain and stress and there seems to be no way out.
ReplyDeleteWell said femmy but why must we give in to the persistent troubling situations, life seems to throw at us. For our own sake we need to keep being focused cause at the end, whose life is it anyway?.
