TO THE MEN..........a voice of a woman

.....may all the men ARISE!!

This article is for the men and to the ladies who love them. I have come to understand some of the burning troubling thoughts that the young men of today are facing. Unlike before in our father’s time, things were more defined, from the expectations of a man to his responsibilities and his role in both society and home; but nowadays, there seems to be no defined foot mark.


Yes! The expectations are still there but the training on how to be what "men" are supposed to be has dwindled badly (in my own opinion).

In our fathers time, men were trained by their fathers on how to hunt and protect their families and make standing decisions for their families. But now, where are the fathers? Are they still making a definite mark in the lives of their sons? Well...Am not too sure about that.

You hear phrases like “be a man" but sincerely do some men really know how to? You also hear phrases like why are you acting like a woman? But sincerely what's the difference these days, because sincerely some women are really taking up manly roles in the society nowadays (no offence to the men).

I have nothing against you men but I'll strongly advice that if you do not have a father figure in your life then get a mentor. if you are a father and you have a son then help stop this cycle of having more boys then men in our present society….. Help raise your son to me a "MAN". .A man that your daughter can marry and you mind will be at peace.  This is no easy task but if you put your mind to it, you will and can achieve it.

As concerning relationships, it doesn’t hurt to ask questions. Simply ask your woman what she expects from you, and she will say it. If you cannot meet up to any of her expectations then tell her so.  Feel free to share your own expectations with her too. Make sure both of you are on the same page and stop giving some women unnecessary false hope. Of course it might not be your entire fault but just do your part.

As a man it's your role to define where and what kind of relationship you have with your woman, stop expecting a woman to make your relationship with her to work. It does take two to tango.

To the men who are already doing these things to make our world a better place, I commend you and to the others who are still thinking about it, I'll say “join the wagon”. You are the men and the head. Start taking up your responsibilities and your roles as the MEN and the PILLAR of our nations, our homes and society.
